
The co-founders of Pillars Pharmacy are two pharmacist couples who have been living and working in Penticton for over 10 years. We come from varying pharmacy backgrounds and hope our unique perspectives help us to provide an unparalleled pharmacy experience and continuity of care for our customers and their families.

Cam Needham
Pharmacy Manager / Owner
Cam, a UofA pharmacy graduate and experienced manager, leads with respect, flexibility, and motivates staff through a healthy work-life balance.
He loves connecting with patients and is constantly exploring healthcare innovations to advocate for safe, holistic care.
Outside of work, he enjoys learning, working out, and spending time with his family.

Jason Lam
Pharmacist / Owner
Jason has served the Penticton community for over a decade. He is passionate about health advocacy and takes a personalized approach to patient care, utilizing his full clinical scope to help customers meet their health goals.
When he isn’t working in the pharmacy, Jason enjoys sports, travel, culinary experiences, and spending time with his family.

Maria Needham
Pharmacist / Owner
Raised in Alberta, Maria earned a Biomedical Health Sciences degree from U of C before finding her true calling in community pharmacy. After managing a busy location in Northern Alberta with Cam, they moved to the Okanagan. She is a familiar face at local pharmacies as a self-employed locum pharmacist.
Outside work, she enjoys reading, puzzles, and family time.

Mary T Lam
Pharmacist / Owner
Mary T is a full time clinical pharmacist at Penticton Regional Hospital. She has a wealth of clinical knowledge and excels at transitional care.
She has a passion for reading, travelling, and spending time with family.
