At Pillars Pharmacy, we believe accessing healthcare should be simple and timely. Virtual care helps connect patients with trusted health care providers when they are unable to reasonably access a Penticton walk-in or urgent care clinic or your needs don't warrant an in-person consultation.

By offering virtual care alongside our personalized pharmacy services, we’re able to support both our patients and our valued health-care partners. This collaborative approach helps improve access, streamline communication, and maintain continuity of care—while keeping patient safety and clinical judgment at the forefront.
